How does it work?


1. The Call

The first step is the call. When you call, we’ll ask some questions so that we can better understand you and your situation. Just keep in mind - the more that we know, the better we can help you! Also, if you have any questions for us, our team members will be more than happy to answer them.  

2. Assessment

After the call, we’ll do some more research to help us give you more accurate offers.  We’ll compare to other houses in the neighborhood, determine how much in repairs and cosmetic work is necessary for the house to sell, and move to step 3.  

3. Agreement

After we do our research, we’ll give you back a call with the results of our research. If it seems that we’ll be able to come to an agreement, then we’ll begin negotiations. Again, the more information that we recieve at the beginning of the process, the more accurate an offer we’ll be able to give initally, which will cut down on negotiation times.   

4. Sale

When we’ve come to an agreement, we’ll begin the sale process. One of the main benefits to working with us, is that we can close in as little as 7-10 days on a date of your choice.
